The Seapland Pilots Association.
The Seaplane Pilots Association was formed in 1972 to represent seaplane pilots in regulatory affairs. Since then, SPA has established itself as the leading organization for working with private, local, state, and federal agencies to open waterways and ensure reasonable regulation of seaplanes.
